Brown v. Board of Education NHS Topeka, KS
When I visited the Monroe Elementary School, at the corner of 15th and Monroe Streets, the site was closed for renovation. But I got the stamp at park headquarters at 424 South Kansas Avenue, Suite 215.
Fort Larned NHS Fort Larned, KS
The fort is 6 miles west of the town of Larned on route 156. The visitor center is the first building on your left after you cross the bridge. There are three stamps here: one for the fort, one for the Santa Fe National Historic Trail, and one for Nicodemus National Historic Site.
Fort Scott NHS Fort Scott, KS
The site is in downtown Fort Scott, near the intersection of US-54 and US-69. The stamp is inside the visitor center bookstore.
Nicodemus NHS Nicodemus, KS
The town of Nicodemus is located of US-24, halfway between Hill City and Stocktop in northwestern Kansas. The visitor center is in the Township Hall. The site is closed from Labor Day until Memorial Day, but you can still ride around the town site and view the historic buildings. I got the stamp at Fort Larned.
Tallgrass Prairie N PRES Strong City, KS
This stamp is kept in the Ranch House Information Station, about 2 miles north of Strong City on route 177.
